Oak Edison Cabinet (inventory # AA-31) Originally designed to hold one of the "Edison" cylinder record players on top and have the 6 drawers below filled with the individual cylinder wax records held on their own cylinder holders. (We do have several original drawer interiors that could be used in this piece if you wished to return it to it's original use.) The drawers were meant to be fully extended and caught at the back by a metal hook as shown in the bottom photo. This gives you full exposure to the back of the drawer. We have replaced the drawer bottoms with plain bottoms so that you can use it for a larger variety of things. This size cabinet makes a great night stand- silver cabinet- jewelry chest. The base has ball and claw feet on all four legs. Size ................ 35"
