Mahogany China Breakfront
(inventory # CC-163)

Wow!  If you like the "flame grain" or the "crotch grain" of mahogany, you will love this piece.  Book-matched veneers are expertly used to accent the columns, and the top crown where the double twisted flame finials seem to belong.  Quiet details like the rolled drawers and the jelly roll feet, the elegant arched fretwork on the doors and sides and the undercut shelves that seem to float in air, but are still 3/4" thick.  The top drawer of this piece has decidedly been designed for flatware storage.  There are two removable and sliding trays that push back to reveal more divided storage underneath.  The bottom drawer is all open, perhaps for linens.  Key included.
