"You heard & felt my distress over the phone regarding my damaged chair.
After all the work to restore & refinish...
and then...BAM!!!... my little, 2-year-old, grandson fell over (he was ok - chair was not).
I was impressed with your concern & efforts to fix the damage. You all went above and beyond
what most businesses would do in this situation.
Thank you so much, we are thoroughly pleased with the results
and will always be grateful. P.S. "No Grandchildren on Chairs."

Points to Ponder When Selecting  Chairs

1.  Chairs are the MOST LABOR INTENSIVE item that we encounter in our wood shop.  Most have had numerous abuses in their lives and have the scars and problems to prove it.    There are no shortcuts to properly repairing a chair.  This is a great factor in the cost of a good set of chairs.
2.  Chairs are like a pair of shoes.  They each fit people differently, so try sitting in chairs to see how they fit you.
3.  For strength and longevity, we highly recommend chairs that have a continuous back leg that goes on up to the top of the chair.  We avoid buying the style that pegs into the seat from the top and the bottom.  This joint is the weakest point of any chair.
