We all have them, the dining room
set Grandma left us, the unusual chair you picked up at a garage sale,
and so on. As well, I'm sure we have all wondered a time or two, 'is it
worth anything? If so how much?'
Up the Creek Antiques has decided to help.
"While it is very difficult to do an appraisal
on a piece of furniture without a physical inspection to verify certain
aspects," reports Sue Horwath owner of Up the Creek Antiques
"we are willing to offer our expertise and opinions." If it is a
piece that is beyond our area of expertise, or basically not something
we normally deal in, we will tell you and we may be able to send
you to someone in your area of the country for more information.
If the information you provide us is insufficient, we can't help
either.
Please provide us with:
1. Your Name ( First name only will be fine)
2. City and State (so we have a general idea
of where you are located in the country)
3. A general description of the piece as far
as condition, size and anything else pertinent.
4. Pictures are necessary, however, if you
don't have access to a digital camera with jpeg or Giff,
mail us a photograph
to the business office at
209 North Tower Centralia, WA 98531.
